Sew, a needle pulling thread.

I’m so tired but I care about all my dedicated readers so darn much that I’m sitting down to do you this favor.

Today was the bookbinding induction that I’ve been hyping up for a while and it met my expectations. No point in describing the experience in words, I’ll show you pictures. That filled the day pretty much. On my way to the studio I bought a ruler, pencils, and some cheap paintbrushes, then I was in the bookbinding induction from 10:30-4:30 with an hour break for lunch. On my way home I stopped at the Slade Research Centre at Woburn Square to see the 3rd Year student installations. Took the tube home, my student Oyster Card came in the mail, and now I’m doing a HiattAbroad shift.

Tomorrow I’m spending the day out of the studio! I need to do some walking and seeing and exploring. First, Dana and I are going to Oxford Street. I need to go to the haberdashery at John Lewis and then we’re going to wander until it’s time to meet up with Phil. I don’t know this Phil but Dana and Avi spent the afternoon with him and had a great time. He knows a lot about London so we’re going use that to our advantage.

After my Hiatt shift is over, I’m going straight to bed. I’m mentally and physically exhausted, I’ve been on my feet all day and I there’s more to come. But it’s the good kind of exhausting. Friday from 10:30 to 1:30 and then I’m going straight to Hendon for Shabbos. Fortunately, the people who are having me over live 5 minutes from the station, so I don’t need to take too much aimless wandering near the station time into account.

Can’t wait to recharge.
